Patagonia Women's R4 Jacket in Black. The windproof R4® Jacket is our warmest Regulator® fleece. The high-loft face fabric is windproof with full stretch. On the interior, an R2® grid provides superior thermal value and moisture management. Things that can't be overdone: deep powder, more cowbell and furnace-warmth fleece for the Haute Route in January. Our R4® Jacket is the warmest fleece around, with an improved Polartec® Windbloc® fabric that entails a high-loft polyester exterior and R2® grid interior; a windproof laminate sandwiched between creates a toasty, full-stretch package. We've also used sonic-welding and micro-stitch technology on the zipper seams to greatly reduce bulk, making the jacket more supple and with a sleeker appearance. Microfleece lines the collar, cuffs and hem, and the two handwarmer pockets close with zippers. Offset shoulder yokes allow for pack-wearing comfort, and an interior wind flap prevents chill through the center-front zipper. Recyclable through the Common Threads Recycling Program.
